• Real-time voice translation in 50+ languages
• Call transcription and recording (when enabled)

• Conference calling capabilities
• Dashboard and analytics tools
• API access (for applicable plans)

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we suspect are compromised

3.3 Authorized Phone Numbers

You must register authorized phone numbers from which you will access our services. You are responsible for ensuring only authorized personnel use these numbers to access our services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person
• Transmitting spam, viruses, or malicious code

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your communications through our service. We do not monitor or control the content of your calls, but we reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these Terms.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing is available on our website and may change without notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Usage charges are calculated based on your actual service consumption and billed as prepaid credits according to your chosen payment schedule
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated

5.3 Free Trial

We offer a free trial with 30 minutes of translation credit. The trial is limited to one per customer and/or unique phone number and may not be combined with other offers.

5.4 Late Payment

We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with overdue payments. A reinstatement fee may apply for service restoration.

6. Service Availability and Performance

6.1 Service Levels

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6.2 Translation Accuracy

While we aim for high translation accuracy, we do not guarantee perfect translations. Translation quality may vary based on factors including:

• Audio quality and background noise
• Speaker accents and speaking pace
• Technical terminology and context

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services, including software, algorithms, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

Our services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
